Sorry, it just aint.

We know what it is about, and what has been about since day one of the Benghazi hearings.

There could still be some positive come out of the FBI's politically-based witchhunt.

Obama was one who instructed the AG to have FBI start a security review. And FBI found other things that None of us know about that lead to more deeper investigation. Anything claiming guilt or innocent is speculation at this point.

I just think Obama does not like her. But destroy her I don't think he wants to go that far. All he did was call for a security review, they found something what we don't even know yet. But Obama has not really done anything trying to destroy her.

Thank you.

The referral came from the Inspector General's office after State drug it's feet. The existence of the private server came from the Benghazi hearings.

The investigation emanated from a request by the Republican led Benghazi Committee just as DemocratSinceBirth has stated.

23. But that committee did not refer the case to the FBI.

May 2016

The FBI got involved after the U.S. Intelligence community and the IG's office referred them the case.

The only thing Benghazi has to do with it is that it was through those hearings that the private server came to light. The Benghazi committee had months and months of hearings before the IG's office and Intelligence got involved. Both the IG's office and Intelligence are under Obama.

On edit: Regardless of how it came to light, does it not bother you that she ignored security protocols - legal or not? I don't believe it was illegal to have the server, FWIW, but I do believe she mishandled national defense data. However, I do believe it was stupid to have the server and ignore protocol because I also believe that act caused a the criminal act of mishandling data.

would know that isn't what DemocratSinceBirth said. Here's a quote:

would you please tell him the investigation began with a referral from the Benghazi Committee.
It is obvious that DemocratSinceBirth realizes referral is straight up horsehocky so DemocratSinceBirth wants to pretend emanate is the same as refer. DemocratSinceBirth is not very clever.

The investigation started due to a run-of-the-mill FOIA review when responding to Judicial Watch's FOIA request.

During that review, the DNI's office found classified. The DNI IG referred the matter to the FBI.

Remember back when we were the party that was concerned about accuracy?

protocol by setting up a private and unsecure server?

Because that would be the only way a right-winger had anything to do with it's set up.

She brought this on herself by going that route. She's even admitted it wasn't "one of her best decisions."

You can Google my comments on this board if you like (there aren't many. I thought the whole thing was dumb).

But what I DO care about is an unsecure email server housing our nation's secrets. You see, I've worked in the cyber security industry for nearly 10 years. I know the score.

Feel free to also Google my transformation into realizing this is a real issue as I learned about the total lack of security measures placed upon her server on this very board.

Maybe if you'd get your head out of the sand and read this timeline, you'll finally understand why this is a very big deal: http://thompsontimeline.com/The_Clinton_Email_Scandal_Timeline
