Related: About this forumBernie needs to put Weaver on a leash
He is a right wing politician from Mexico. Everybody knows that. Hes just wrong. The person in the race who is out there to defend American democracy, to create an economy that works for everybody, to end corrupt finance system, thats Bernie Sanders. And you know, right wing foreigners, you know, you could take that with what its worth.
"Foreigners". So now the official Sanders' campaign position seems to be that people in other countries can't have an opinion, or they should never voice it. Classy move, Weaver.
It's things like this that lead people to lump Bernie and Trump supporters together.

... than to say it out loud.

(18,115 posts)4. No, the problem is that he is a right winger.
Saying where he is a politician is not a problem. It explains whose interests he is watching out for.

March 30th? You were off to an early start! A vanguard, even!
CrowCityDem
(2,348 posts)9. I'm not defending anyone. Writing off "foreigners" is right-wing stuff out of the Trump playbook.

(38,613 posts)10. Lame. Writing off right-wingers is the point. You suck at fake outrage.

Bernie Sanders was in town and I was on the crowd support team.
Unreal, better than anything of video. And Jane, really glowing and there with him.
No handshake, I could have hogged the line but thought it better to let others feel the Bern.
I saw him, took pics, helped out, that's plenty.
Lets win this motherfucker.
