because of the pragmatism of the African American voter. I think if the whore media had not included the Super Delegate count from the beginning, it would have changed the optics of the race, and more pragmatic voters might have voted for Sanders. Barack Obama didn't really start to get support from the AA community until after he won Iowa, and came close in New Hampshire. Check out this CNN article from January, 2008.

(1,192 posts)if he hadn't been backed by Wall Street. Remember, he had the most support from Wall Street in 08. It was not Hillary or McCain. They bet on Obama. He was viewed as a viable candidate mainly because he had the backing of media establishment.
I thought the joke he made at the WHCD last year was pretty telling, that he needed to raise a lot of money to make himself likable, with his middle-name "Hussein."

This vs. tossing at all away & starting from scratch - with massive GOP opposition. The GOP would be happy to help Sanders & his ilk get rid of all the progressive accomplishments of the Clinton and Obama administrations, but replacing them with something "better", not so much.
