Disciplines on domestic regulation. Standstill. Ratchet. Rollback. Indirect expropriation. Economic integration.

You didn't think Americans would build that infrastructure, or use it, did you?

Jobs in America is not the same as jobs for Americans. That would require expensive education! Plus they are going away in a few years, due to automation.

The 20 year long negotiations are almost finished. They may finish today in fact.

In Geneva.

Slave wages, no benefits, must work multiple jobs, women and families suffer.

What remains of the "middle class" pay taxes to cover their needs, thus saving Walmart trillions.

If you in the top 1 or 5 % you get the tax breaks you need to build wealth.

Everyone else is living paycheck to paycheck or falling deeper in debt.

"It takes a village" was a mantra that set up this globalist clusterfuck.

She knows exactly what she's doing, in her Chanel jackets.

After all, the WTO is huge.

Actually, think of it as a big trading game. In order to play the game you need to put chips on the table. Those chips will be public sector jobs. Everything has to be privatized first.

They use a two line test to determine what is privatized. If a service sector has any commercial competition it must be privatized. Then those contracts will go up for competitive bidding, lowest qualified bidder (internationally) gets it.

This is the long promised payoff for globalization. Genuinely poor - Better educated people from rich families in poor countries will get those jobs. Many of them will be Africans or Asians. They will be intra corporate transfers so its not immigration.

and 10 years for the other (deal)

millions of man hours of time working out the details.

Going way back to the 80s likely.

Clintons healthcare plan was deceptive in that at the same time this deal was making public services bargaining chips in this global game so obviously they could not be free. That kind of thing became stealing from corporations.

but not slavery, use the mode word and also use disciplines on domestic regulation. (what countries must do to make it effortless for companies to enter their markets and provide services.)

Foreign firms get all sorts of entitlements to various accommodations in policy that domestic firms don't get.

We will have to change our entire system to facilitate it. Instead of worrying about discrimination against people the new taboo will be discriminating against foreign service providers. If any law or change in policy of any kind has the effect of acting as a bar to service providers from trading partners it is subjected to change. Also, every change made after the dates of signing can be challenged and rolled back. Like in health insurance, which has been declared in our schedule, everything after 1998 can be dumped if it reduces profits.

That called standstill and rollback.

At the same time, people will be able to get profitable health care if they can pay for it. When before the cost might have been written off. Now its going to support the whole world so we wont be able to change anything, because that would start a trade war.

Smart, huh? Clinton has really got the killer scheme.

"It takes a village to raise a child" seems to have been translated into, "give up your jobs and your dreams because you aren't shit to us and we have other plans".
