I remember everyone shouting off with his head and the evidence was flimsy at best. I am not saying he didn't deserve to be investigated he most certainly did, but it looked like the investigation could go either way. What we know for facts in Hillary's case isn't something that can go either way, the question will be how criminal or negligent she is.
