I think you will enjoy watching Faux the next 6 days

I was watching the Obama/Christie statement that finished a few minutes ago. I began watching this on MSNBC. At the end, I flipped over to Faux. I rarely do that, but I just wanted to see their usual clown show. I figured they would find some way to insult the president or impugn Christie.

Instead, I thought I tuned into a funeral. If they dd not know before, they now know the Obama is going to win this thing. Of course, we have to keep up the GOTV effort to the end -- and we will. But these guys were completely dejected. They have never said anything remotely statesmanlike, and so it was almost as if it was going to be dead air, with nobody knowing what to say.

It was as if they were catapulted right through the first 3 stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining) right to depression. And that means acceptance is not far away.

One of the guys was still bargaining. "But, but, but, the Romney campaign said we're winning with independents. How could we be winning with independents and still lose Ohio? How can that be? Somebody tell me it isn't true. I'll give my soul to the devil ..."

OK, I added the part about giving their souls to the devil. They did that transaction a long time ago. And I'm pretty sure Satan's accountant doesn't allow multiple sales.

I refuse to watch these idiots for very long, but I did get a certain dark pleasure from watching their depression.

Anybody else watching them?

You don't want to see only their acquiescence. You need to enjoy some of the depression stage.

Claiming Rmoney is within a few points in MI, MN and WI and the guy goes "I'm begging one of those states to come thru!!!". then some blonde started yammering and I was out.

That was it, back to White Zombie on TCM, which is fitting.

Maybe a clip here and there... but I just can't support them with my viewership nor tolerate their garbage.

I'd like to think I would've hated Goebbels. No way to know for sure. However, in the 21st Century I know I hate the American equivalent to Goebbels, Faux News, and refuse to humor them with even a moment's glance.

occasionally Maddow, CNN, MSNBC and Fox 'news' are garbage, IMO.

M$M "news" divisions were folded into their entertainment divisions decades ago. You can trace the the failures of these teleprompter reading sock puppets from then until today.

But I bet you knew that already huh?

But election night will be the most fun. I want to see someone on Fox cry.
Or maybe throw something. Or swear.

Is that wrong?
