That OP was talking about ensuring that Sanders supporters show up to join the pool of alternates. He was happy that they had a turnout that was substantially larger than anyone had expected. That's not cheating--that's participation. But the tweet was so out of context that it looks nefarious.

The letter from Kramer went to all delegates including Sanders'. The bad info would have impacted a second ballot, but there was none. Those who checked in were counted on the first ballot. AFAIK she was not actually arrested either. There was a threat, but it seems that it did not happen.
