Related: About this forumMemo to Hillary: Do Not Put Bill in Charge of the Economy
http://time.com/4337818/hillary-clinton-bill-economy/During a campaign stop in Kentucky on May 15, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said her husband, Bill, would be in charge of economic revitalization were she to win the election.
This is a terrible idea and, possibly, the most tone-deaf suggestion Clinton has made during the current campaign.

charge of the economy. That's something the Treasury Secretary does. I think economic revitalization is a great role for former President Bill Clinton. I like it because he has the political DIVERSE network to make it happen.

president not him. It's the old two for the price of one deal, that didn't work out so good the last time.

for the exec. stock bonus loophole, and Stiglitz' warranted concern about rising income inequality.
