TYT: Hillary Clintons unfavorability polls could make her the most widely disliked candidate the Democratic party has ever nominated. The only worse candidate happens to be Donald Trump. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down.

(443 posts)Until the convention(or some unforeseen event) and first round of voting no one but a total idiot can say it is a fact sanders lost. You could say that you do not think Sanders will get enough votes in remaining states to get pledged delegate majority but that is not a fact. A fact is something that can be proven. And trying to argue it as a fact is just silly and stupid opinion parroting.

He once called Bernie the "frontrunner"

Doesn't sound like someone that should be listened to with much seriousness.

(15,237 posts)As a lifelong Democrat there are four Democrats that stand out for me Warren Hearnes former Govvernor of Missouri, Joe Lieberman former Vice Presidential Candidate and William and Hillary Clinton. My opinion has nothing to do with politics in 2015 or 2016. I have much foreboding and dread. I am also about as far from a right winger as you can get. Donald Trump is an anarchist, Ted Cruz was Lucifer in the flesh and the entire Republican Party borders on domestic terrorism.

(8,754 posts)Just because the electoral map favors Democrats right now, that doesn't make it so. Democrats have to get their foot on the gas and keep it down all the way past November 8th.
Hillary needs to improve her image and start looking like a healer of the growing rift in the Democratic Party. That's on her to do. Nobody can do that for her, but Hillary.
Beacool
(30,247 posts)Democratic voters have chosen Hillary. It is what it is. Sanders won't be the nominee, he's too far behind in pledged delegates. These constant attacks only serve to rile her opponents and do not help in unifying Democrats against the real enemy.
Unfortunately for Sanders and his supporters, this is not high school. Popularity is not the defining factor in the nomination process. We are nominating someone who will be a potential president, we are not choosing the prom king or queen.
