They're in two time zones so party of the state closed an hour earlier than the other.

It's not weird, it's not fraud, it's not the Clinton machine screwing the numbers. Eastern Kentucky closed an hour ago and that is where the numbers are from. Western Kentucky just closed 7 EST.
