Bernie IS willing to compromise...it's just that he's not willing to give up the larger vision

Bernie has compromised many, many times in his congressional career. We know that, if he becomes president, he will do so again when needed.

It's just that, unlike HRC, when he compromises he is not willing to give up speaking out for and encouraging people to mobilize for a broader program of structural change in our social and economic systems. And he is not going to be dismissive to activists who want more than what was won at a given interval. He will cheer them on as they keep fighting on.

And his supporters know that sometimes you do have to take partial victories...it's just that we don't believe that you should have to permanently settle for nothing beyond the partial victories, that politics must forever be defined by limits on the pace of change, and that there is no way to change the political structure to make larger gains easier.

So stop lecturing Bernie and his supporters about "compromise"...stop acting as if none of us have ever heard the word or know what it means...we don't deserve to be talked down to about this or anything else and the condescension from those who do talk down does nothing to promote the unity we will eventually need to find.
