Also this was a squeaker, I will not point out what that points to. Suffice it to say... not good. But I am looking at the FULL PICTURE, not taking up the pom poms. Enjoy the victory though.

with just a thousand or so votes separating them. It would behoove both of them to wait, so their is no possibility of embarrassment if the winner should flips in a few days. The number of outstanding provisional ballots needs to be less than the difference in total votes between them, for a winner to be called with any surety.
