I think the convention in Philadelphia will help determine whether or not he does run as an independent. The initial signs are not good, considering the DWS assignment of 42 out of 45 committee chairs to pro Hillary supporters. It's their game, their rules, but if they want to win over Bernie supporters I'm not sure that's the best way to do it. If they simply don't care, that's fine. But you'd think they'd want as many votes for the GE as they can get.

We are past most of the state deadlines to get on the ballot and no existing third party would welcome him at this point as their leader. I think that's why the vitriol is so extreme, because they think he has no where to go. Very shortsighted. Bernie's options may be limited but that's not the case of his followers.

he can run on different party ballots all across the nation.
he can stitch together ballot access in all states.

thing makes many of his supporters feel like they're backed-up into a corner so they lash out.

And knowing that's true the scum of the earth (DWS and Brock) are pulling every filthy trick from
the political hack book to discredit him. His independent run would sink Hillary's already very poor
chances in the GE to nothing. She would go down so fast and hard you'd think it was a meteor crash.

was open to letting him run under their ticket and maybe Jill Stein to be his VP. I don't know if she has the political experience to be the VP but maybe a cabinet post of importance would be good.

I think the Green Party is in most states.

The DLC is confusing. Barbara Boxer of all people. Guess getting attached to the Clintons via her daughters marriage (doesn't she have a grandchild from this union?) changed her. And the DLC help in the last election.
