What happened in Neveda???

I've read two accounts of this... one basically saying that Bernie supporters tried to change convention rules to seat 60 delegates and were told they can't do it, and another saying that he had earned 60 delegates that were dismissed on some technicality. Trying to figure out what really happened and who is to blame.

They were asked to furnish proof of eligibility. Most of them didn't show up to the convention. A few did (8, I think), and furnished proof, all but one were seated. One of those that did show up, changed his registration AFTER the first caucus, and was no longer eligible.
