If Bernard Sanders was under a possible indictment, do you think the DNC would allow him
to run for the highest office in the land? Me neither..

1. How about if Obama was under criminal investigation in 2008?
You think he would have been allowed to run?

2. yes
Yes I do, and that would NOT be a reason I dont support him.
Id say it was the same crap they throw against HRC. |

3. FBI have done this before?
I did not know this. What have the FBI thrown against HRC? Or are you referring to Obama, as he was one who is in charge of AG who asked the FBI to start the investigation. If so what has Obama "throw against HRC" in the past?

4. Well, in this country, guilt generally has to be proven.
So, the answer would more than likely be yes.
If you add in the context that the "investigation" is the latest in a two-decade-plus-long GOP witch hunt, then the answer would be "well, no shit". |

6. They can't bar anyone from running for President
Legally there is no authority for them to do that.

The candidates decide.

8. Yes...
...if Bernie were the front runner, they'd have some investigation into something. The scenario writes itself.

12. David Duke ran as a Democrat in 1988. You think the DNC would have allowed that?
The DNC doesn't decide who gets to run and who doesn't.

15. Hogwash.
This was just another silly flame bait thread you tossed out to feed your confirmation bias. Next time, just start your thread with a catchy title like, "Who loves Bernie as much as I do?" At least that would be honest.
