You never close your eyes anymore when I kiss your lips.

The Democratic Primaries In Movie Format

The Beginning. Excitement and Exhilaration.

I feel the need.... the need for speed.

As the primaries move on we start to lose that loving feeling.

Then the convention rolls around and we start listening to the speakers. We remember the importance of the coalition that is the Democratic Party. It's dreamy.

A majority of Democrats are currently united. We more often than not have really nasty parts to the primary and then come back together. We always have a group throwing temper tantrums thinking they are all powerful and are going to destroy the Democratic Convention. Always. Do I think all Sanders supporters will join us? No. Many will be standing outside protesting with Trump supporters and others will be spreading their hate online. It's the way it is every primary.

I'm very optimistic about the convention. We are really going to have a great lineup of progressive speakers. We will have speakers like Warren, Brown, Boxer, Clinton, O'Malley, Obama, etc. Then we will have people protesting those speakers from the outside. They will get little to no time and people will not be able to tell the Trump side of the protest from the Paul side of the protest. The raging racist, sexist, and bigoted protesters from the economic or bust protesters. When they realize they aren't getting noticed some will up the tantrum and start damaging property, using sexist and racist language, and simply looking like outright fools. That is when they will get their fifteen minutes. It won't paint a pretty picture of them. The country will hear our progressive message. Our message wins every time.
