In Orange County, poll workers are being trained to give provisional ballots to "no party preference" (NPP) voters. This is 100% misinformation. In California, under the rules of the Democratic Party of California, those voters who are registered NPP may request a Democratic ballot and vote in the Democratic Primary.
Watch this video of a young woman who did due diligence and then exposed the lie via Facebook.

The cheat-fest continues...........The Hillary camp trying to stop any independent wave of support for Bernie......

(8,756 posts)One has to wonder if the poll worker training is constant across all counties and the same for Democratic and GOP or other party poll workers.

(5,614 posts)and again, don't think this is the "Clinton campaign" in action.
This is straightforward (if crooked) political maneuvering by a political party.
They don't have to be told to do this, it is automatic.
This is what going up against the Establishment always means..

(937 posts)An NPP voter will receive a non-partisan ballot, which will have no presidential candidates listed.
However, upon request, an NPP voter can instead vote the presidential ballot of the following parties:
American Independent Party
Democratic Party
Libertarian Party

(10,130 posts)I requested a Democratic ballot, and received a slightly different one than my Democratic husband did: mine had the presidential candidates, while his also had candidates for county party positions. So it's not quite as straightforward as being handed a standard Dem ballot.
Leave it to California to make things less than straightforward.
When did "being mistaken" get to mean "lying"?

(5,815 posts)I'm a registered Democrat and my boyfriend is an NPP who requested a Democratic ballot.
We did not get the same things.

(1,213 posts)I am sure the media will grab hold of this video and expose the real truth like they did the Nevada convention.
