For Europeans the real story regarding Hillary as SoS is not about a private server or emails.

snip

"...the real story is how the State Department under Hillary Clinton was fully in the loop of the CIA running a rat line of smuggled weapons through Benghazi (so conveniently close to the US consulate), out of Libya and across Turkey straight to “moderate rebels” of the al-Qaeda-linked jihadi variety operating in to-be-regime-changed Syria. This, the real story, complete with bold elements of war crime, destruction of international law and flagrant abuse of power, has simply vanished. Just like those Hillary Clinton emails the State Department is “unable to locate”.

I guarantee you that she knew exactly what was going on. Or is she clueless only when being in the know might land her in prison? That sure seems to be her typical excuse...

She has been fighting this inside battles all her career. If they keep Obama out of the loop just imagine how much they kept from Hillary.

Operation, then that explains why the AFB in Italy would not come to their aid when their pilots were requested to help!

Nothing else explains it. It certainly is not an impossible flight situation - Syria is just a hop and skip away from Italy via jet plane.

and found it shocking. There was much more detail in what I read than what is reported here. I think it (the email) must have been in the Anonymous dump.

The Ambassador was aware of the shipment, according to the email. It was a highly illegal move, viewed as a felony. The approval was acquired for the shipment, but at the last moment the approval was retracted. The arms were shipped anyway. The document I read said half of the arms ended up in the hands of al-Qaeda and the other half went to the Embassy for shipment to Syria. All of the arms were supposed to go to the Embassy, but there was for lack of a better term a breach within the breach.
