"I'll never vote for Hillary EVER!" "Why isn't Hillary trying to win my vote?"

Do the Bernie or Bust people realize how conflicting those two complaints are?

You don't have to vote for Hillary in November. You can vote Green, you can vote Trump, you can write in Vlad the Impaler if you want, do what you like. But don't be surprised that if you're in the "nevereverHill" camp, that she doesn't waste any resources trying to sway your vote, and instead looks towards more reasonable people.

You can have allies with whom you fundamentally disagree, and it can be very effective. See here World War II.

You can also prioritize squabbling with potential allies over defeating a common enemy. It doesn't go well. See here the Spanish Civil War.

We've lost. We don't have to get behind Hillary uncritically, but it's time to start talking about the terms of an alliance. There are Bernie AND Hillary supporters who don't understand that, and they're all acting like spoiled children. The rest of us, on both sides, are ready to get on with it.

She has an awful lot of toxic baggage to overlook to get to "reasonable" or "forgiving".
