From her campaign web-site:

"What are the odds of an African-American woman being elected to represent the overwhelmingly white state of New Hampshire in the U.S. House of Representatives? Joanne Dowdell is taking a gamble to find out whether she’s got what it takes to oust incumbent Republican Rep. Frank Guinta."

Might that make a difference in who she might support in a vote regarding, say Internet access and control? Or anti-trust policies?

There's diversity and there's diversity..

The vast majority of their holdings are in two properties: HarperCollins, and News America Marketing, the people who put those coupons and sales circulars in your newspaper.

He has swallowed far too many newspapers, broadcating outlets, movies and otehr forms of communications. And Harper Collins is a publishing company.

He has debased journalism and media and politics in countless ways. GLOBALLY.

I don't give a rat's ass whether some of that revenue comes from coupons.

Black, Latino, etc., that has dared endorse Clinton or just not expressed support for Sanders. The OP bashing this lady looks like another example to me.

There are lots of lobbyists in this world, including: union lobbyists, environmental lobbyists, civil rights lobbyists, Medicare lobbyists, Social Security, food stamps, welfare, parks lobbyists, community lobbyists, etc. They are not all bad, even some who might work for organizations you don't like if they are bringing a new perspective.

"Lobbyist" has a specific legal meaning, and from what this says she doesn't meet it.

The Clintons sold the Democratic Party to the Koch Bros in the 80's. They've been buddies with the right wing elite since , for ever.

If Bernie can't pull this out, your choice is between a right wing corporate 'centrist' republican and an insane right wing republican.

What could go wrong?
