(4,213 posts)The people voting for Cruz and company aren't going to vote for HRC, and many Sanders supporters are sitting out ,3rd party and some even voting for Trump.
The HRC supporters can yell all they want. This is the reality of what is happening. The trend is going to continue. HRC won't go down alone. She'll bring the whole undercard down with her.

(90,335 posts)... in regards to whites, blacks, Hispanics, women, dogs and cats... he's doing worse now with a nom bump than rMoney did in 2012.
Nationally tRump has the nom bump but he still can't get above HRC's numbers past the MOE.
Clintons camp has the responsibility of defining tRump to the GE electorate which they're starting now...
They're the adults in the room, even during the election they're taking the right steps.
tRump has a floor of 45% of RNC voters... doesn't matter what he says or does they'll vote for him but a 5 - 7% loss of white votes is not good for tRump.

(13,889 posts)Inevitably you would expect support to coalesce around the established nominee on that side and for the trend to reverse one the Democrats select their nominee or one of the candidate drops out.
