IMO there should be one more debate -- seated, with no audience, on PBS and hosted by Jim Leher

I believe anotehr shoulting match that is amped up by the Corporate Media as Reality TV/WWE grudge Match would not serve any purpose.

However, an old fashioned debate/discussion in a studio, with a host who is merely facilitating a conversation of issues and their differences WOULD be a good clarifying thing, as the campaign moves into the home stretch.

Can't have that. Just have to focus on how cranky Bernie can be as a person......The future of the country makes no difference as long as the Clintons (TM) are allowed to bring their stale brand of the 90's back to the WH with no questions asked.

It's a debate the democratic Party ought to be having. Elections are when parties define themselves.

You want a party owned by Goldman Sachs, wal mart and the whole Corporatocracy that has been major backlers of the Clintons throughout their careers?

Fine. Your prerogative.

But some of us think we should be trying to break away from that.

Just telling at least 40 percent of the primary voters to sit down and shut up isn;t going to reinvigorate the Democratic party -- and it is badly in need of ingratiating, if you hadn''t noticed.

I don't want a party owned by people who think it's the 1960s and whole demographics issues will be back paged to the point of a side note.

No one is telling 40% of anyone to do anything except to stop whining

Point is to get someone who doesn't see their role as cracking the whip to rile up the lions, but to foster an actual discussion and debate instead.

I wish we had seen better-formatted and better-moderated debates earlier in the primary cycle, but it's done now. At this point it's not about anything but Bernie's pride and desire of his supporters to get a few more licks in before the bell.

It's done. Time to move on.
