2008 Barack Obama: Hillary Clinton Trying To BAMBOOZLE You With VP Talk

Barack Obama: "...I'm running to be Commander-In-Chief....and the reason I'm running to be Commander-In-Chief is because I believe that the most important thing when you answer that phone call at three-in-the-morning is what kind of judgement do you have?.......Not how long you've been in Washington, but what kind of judgement do you have when you're answering that phone?.....

..And I believe I've shown better judgement than Senator Clinton.....I believe I offer a clean break from the policies of George Bush because Senator Clinton went along with George Bush on the war in Iraq,.....Senator Clinton went along with George Bush on her willingness to try to saber-rattle when it came to Iran,....she has gone along with the many ways of conventional thinking about foreign policy that have gotten us into trouble. That is what I intend to change when I'm President of the United States..."

I never had such ill feelings toward the Clintons until that primary. That race lost me on that family forever.

with 599 left in play, i.e. the race was still very much open for either to take.

Today, 05/24/16, there are actually 781 delegates still in play, but Sanders is in a much bigger hole; 272.

Math, and stuff.
