At some point, the DNC has to do something that will broker some degree of reconciliation. Certainly there is some percentage of Bernie voters who just will not sign up for HRC. My personal opinion is that could be the minority if Bernie voters see some effect on the party.

The platform committee split is a good start.

Longer term, however, I think DWS has put her foot in her mouth enough vis-a-vis the more extreme left wing of the party that she's run her course. Add to that the decrease of Democratic Party presence in congress, statehouses, and state legislatures during her tenure and it's tough to say "job well done".

Reconcile the party with a new DNC chair who can distance themselves from the purposeful or subconscious bias that has (or appears to have) existed through the primaries to this point.

My vote - Joe Biden. Maybe unprecedented but let's have Joe put everyone in the room and remind them who represents the real challenge.

Just my 2 cents as a Bernie primary voter and HRC general voter.
