1. Hillary is a liar. Her enablers et al, are all lying to us

That was a lie. There were several in her close circle who also used personal accounts. State has not record or access to those communications, even though she tacitly admits they were government communications.

10. The problem is HillCo doesn't know what info the FBI has.

Pagliano was given immunity and is singing like a canary. FBI recovered data from the hard drive Clinton ordered erased, emails have been recovered from other accounts (and hackers, in the case of Guccifer). Since HillCo doesn't know where their vulnerability lies, they can't shore up the wall there with a preemptive sacrifice.
