She didn't talk to the State Dept because she was prioritizing the FBI which hasn't contacted her?

Strange.... Says here she would have helped the State Dept IG except she was prioritizing the FBI which I thought hadn't contacted her. She's also calling it a review again. I thought it was an investigation. I'm getting confused with all the spin

Clinton spokesman says campaign prioritizing responses to FBI probe

Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Wednesday defended her decision not to cooperate with a government watchdog's audit of her private email server, arguing that the Clinton team wanted to focus on responding to the separate and ongoing FBI probe of the matter.

“To our mind, it made sense to prioritize the review being conducted by the Justice Department and so, accordingly, Hillary Clinton has said since last August that she’ll be happy to sit with them at whatever point they approach her, which has not happened yet,” Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. “And she has similarly encouraged all of her aides to cooperate in every way with that Justice Department review.”

Fallon said that Clinton didn’t hide from the inspector general investigation by refusing to cooperate, arguing that she has answered numerous questions regarding her use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state.

The State Department inspector general report concluded that the Democratic presidential front-runner failed to comply with the agency's policies on records when she used a private email server that was never approved by State officials. The report, released to lawmakers Wednesday and obtained POLITICO, notes that the State Department has “longstanding, systemic weaknesses” although it singled out Clinton for criticism of her server.

I heard Fallon say that at least four times today already. The State Department's audit is meaningless in the grand scheme of things. We need to focus on fighting against the Republicans who are trying to get us back for Watergate.

The FBI is doing an investigation. I'm not sure what phrase(s) apply to the State Department report...?

I only did a search for the word review in my post. But the article refers to the Justice Department review a few times beyond the 4 paragraphs I quoted.
