Bernie agreed to appear on Fox News to coordinate attacks against Hillary with Fox and Trump

That's all the "debate" was about. Sanders was going to team up with Trump to attack Hillary. And best of all, Fox News was going to facilitate it all.

Once again I ask, whose side is Bernie on?

EDIT: I told you so...

Hillary hasn't defended Sanders against trump either and not only wouldn't I expect it in the context of the primary to date, I think it would be odd. How and when would one even raise the issue? It would be out of the blue.

88. Bernie's recent speeches have had a section going after Trump and one going after Hillary
Thu May 26, 2016, 05:38 PM
May 2016

In the section where he talks about Trump, he could specifically make a point of saying that the comments Trump has made about Hillary have been over the line and/or inappropriate.

To my ear, it seems like Bernie, at his most recent rallies, has spent more time on the going after Hillary section than the going after Trump section. Certainly the former seems to get a stronger crowd response than the latter. That's why I don't think he would absolutely defend her against his attacks. Maybe a quick dismissive remark and then pivot to what he wants to talk about.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

That is certainly possible. I will try to watch a recent Bernie speech as objectively as I can and see if I can catch myself from misrepresenting anything based on any conscious or subconscious bias. I hope that isn't the case, but you might be right.

He is not going to be the nominee, and if he engaged in any smearing of Hillary at all with Trump he will ostracize himself in the Senate when he returns. He has already crossed his own line that he drew in the beginning of his campaign due to his zeal to win. His attacks against her have hurt his credibility. He will be returning to the Senate already on thin ice, and his colleagues will be paying attention to how he behaves from now on.

The Right has spent years nurturing conservative spin sources like Fox and claiming that the "msm" are rife with progressive spin. When people on this site start holding them up as a source for truth in the face of the rest of the media, they're simply emboldening the superiority of Right Wing positions and spin. It's so disappointing to me that Bernie has become worth aligning with the Right in this way. It's all horseshoe theory, though I'm starting to think even the horseshoe doesn't describe how close these extremes actually touch.

As he did in the earlier primary debates when people brought up Hillary's emails, and he said, "Let's not talk about that, I'm sick of hearing about your emails!"

He doesn't care about that shit, he wants to pivot away from it and talk about the issues.

Piling on is different from saying "Baiting me on Hillary is irrelevant, here's the issue we should be talking about."

I'm for Hillary, and believes Bernie should step aside for the sake of the Party. But, if some unexpected event happens and Bernie does end up with the nomination, I'll be a biggest Bernie fan you'll see. Until then, it's Hillary all the way.

Yesterday, I think it was, when coming home from work I had the radio on and during the top of the hour news was something about Biden getting into the race. WTF?? I have heard the scenario if Hillary gets indicted Biden will jump into the arena, before. I like Biden a LOT. He's smart and knows how the game is played. At this stage it's too late and it's just not his time.

so that his ailing campaign could get a last, desperate dash of publicity or he's been duped by Donald FUCKING Trump.

Like you said, neither option is good.
