Again, it is a question of her ELECTABILITY

I do not condone the witch hunt with Judicial Watch, and quite frankly, I do not understand how they are allowed to depose anyone. In other words, I DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THIS!!! However, the Judicial Watch witch hunt is a reality and they will be releasing this sort of crap throughout the primary. To stick our heads in the sand and act like it isn't going to have an effect is so incredibly naive.

Clinton aid tries to block release of deposition tape in email case

By Julian Hattem - 05/25/16 06:45 PM EDT

Lawyers for a former top aide to Hillary Clinton filed a motion on Wednesday asking a federal court to bar a conservative watchdog group from releasing a videotape of her upcoming deposition as part of a lawsuit related to Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of State.

The aide, Cheryl Mills, “supports the release of the written transcript of her deposition to the public,” her lawyers wrote in a filing on Wednesday. “But no additional public interest would be served by the publication of the audiovisual recording.”

The lawyers said they "are concerned that snippets or soundbites of the deposition may be publicized in a way that exploits Ms. Mills’ image and voice in an unfair and misleading manner...”

...Earlier this month, lawyers for the organization began conducting those depositions.

Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff, is scheduled to be deposed on Friday in a session that could last as long as seven hours.

Lawyers for Mills said in their Wednesday filing that Judicial Watch had “refused” to agree not to publicize any portion of the video from the deposition...

That's why she received millions more in votes and hundreds more in delegates. The people have decided. Case closed.

So how is it so very different this time?

I remember, it was only 2008, the various clips of President Obama's pastor, Reverend Wright. As well as the non-citizen nonsense.

G.E. (Lesser known for months into the primaries, that is, thanks to conspiring with DWS to have few debates and then at low-viewership times, and MSM's focus on TRump-24).

From the early days, pre-super Tuesday, the polls were showing Bernie as beating tRump et al. by a significantly larger margin than she was, yet she continued touting her superior electability. People bought it, too. They heard her saying it and they believed her. When she beat Bernie people thought it was true of tRump, too. It was never true. Bernie only in later months started taking issue with her electability meme.

Now it has become more clear than ever that she is far less electable in the GE than Bernie.
Her consistently narrow and fading fast head to head polling vs tRump.
Her historically low favorability ratings.
Her historically low trust ratings.
And now, her bubbling-up history of, at best, piss-poor judgment and at worst, criminal behavior. We all know, as of yesterday, that her "mishandling" was knowing and intentional.

On what planet is she more electable than Bernie vs tRump???????
