It's starting to look like Hillary's inner circle obstructed justice.

It might not have been a criminal act to have a private server, but it was criminal to stonewall and wipe machines clean when federal investigators asked to hand them over. That's obstruction of justice, there's really no counter-argument to that. Someone may have to do jail time for this. I only wonder who is going to take the fall for Hillary?

The OP is an opinion with no external references.

Have we forgotten the difference between facts and opinion?

I love this place.

Clinton is considered the most untrustworthy candidate the Democrats have ever fielded (per polls and surveys that say 67% of Americans find Clinton untrustworthy) and SHE IS ABSOLUTELY HATED by the other side. Sorry, but we are rapidly getting to the point where you just can't shrug off comments and critiques of your candidate just by intoning "GOP meme," or "GOP source," or GOP whatever. When it comes to being attacked by the GOP, Hillary Clinton is a TARGET-RICH ENVIRONMENT, and unfortunately, this is NOT GETTING BETTER.

"Any criticism of Clinton is a R-W conspiracy. And if you point out that 70% of the current critics are to Clinton's left, then I will get out my tin-foil hat and PUH! Also: it's her turn, and did I mention that she is a woman? Indentity politics for the win! Praise Nancy!"

Yeah, there is a lot of sarcasm in this reply.

Having a private server for cookie recipes was never the issue. Hooking up her unsecure Blackberry is getting there -- it's a violation of Departmental rules -- but, placing 104 classified emails, and allowing others to place 2100 more, including 22 Top Secret materials on the server, and telling someone to "keep 'em coming" after he informs you his emails are classified -- that's a felony, a bunch of them. So is refusing to return all classified documents when one leaves office. Obstruction of Justice is only icing on the cake.

Hillary is more guilty of these crimes than any of her aides. In fact, she appears to have entrapped them. "Strip the headers" and "send unsecure" was her instruction to Jake, the Undersecretary who operated the classified computer terminal for her.

She should take the fall.

You will be demanding the FBI bring in a C SPAN caller named Vince. You will be certain he sounded like a credible source for new email information.
