Flashback: Clinton (under threat of perjury) certifies she has turned over work-related emails

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has told a federal judge that she has turned over all of her work-related emails to the State Department after a judge requested she do so, a state department spokesman confirmed to CNN on Sunday.

Clinton signed a declaration obtained by CNN, which said "While I do not know what information may be 'responsive' fr purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my e-mails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done."
This follows U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordering the State Department to have Clinton as well as two former top department aides to state under penalty of perjury they have produced all government records in their possession

Those three new emails in that OIG audit runs counter to that affidavit Hillary signed.

But for the record. This isn't the first time new emails have surfaced since Hillary has signed that affidavit.

for not providing those emails and the House has put some folks behind bars for contempt. (I doubt they'd do that to Hillary)

Could get interesting - maybe another Clinton impeachment-like process before the election.

By the looks of it, they've got her dead to rights. The missing emails from above. And she's also been caught in a number of lies which they may be able to nail her for contempt too.

Cheryl Mills testifies in a deposition in the civil case tomorrow as they published the first set of testimony from that deposition today.

There's 38 court cases going after these emails.

The Inspector General for the Intelligence Community has yet to report.

The FBI has yet to report.

Depositions in the two civil FOIA cases are going to continue into the summer - maybe with Hillary having to take the stand.

Clinton's story keeps shifting ... as more information comes out.

This is not going away. This is a major media popcorn event. The media have anointed her Queen of the Democrats and now they're going to tear her down - great for ratings and subscriptions. A Shakespearean political tragedy that may well end with "President Trump":

It's not like folks didn't try to warn people about this.

It appears you have to be more tech savvy than in the 90's especially when you have vulnerable technology cell phones and servers that can be hacked every day. The stupid GOP hearings are a case in point. Apparently Hillary's opposition research is now more informed about where to look.

As for myself I do not want to see a Trump presidency. If secrecy is a necessity pay attention to your security.

the rest of the country there to get Trump elected. Yet on the other side of that, that's what you get when you run a Clinton for office. They attract scandals like flies to crap.

Once again, this is not all the fault of Republicans. Like Whitewater, Cattlegate, Travelgate, Pardongate, Lewinsky, etc, the Clintons had a big hand in these things happening to them. It was not all the Republicans fault. History is repeating itself. Hillary has been caught lying many times over in this email fiasco. Again, the Republicans didn't try to store the Secretary of State's classified emails on an unsecured server at home. Hillary did that all by herself. And when asked about it, the Republicans didn't lie about it, Hillary did - again, all by herself. Why is she lying so much about it?

The Republicans did not start the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton did. The Republicans did not operate it with an appearance of quid pro quo. The Clintons did that.

It's really easy to blame all that ails us on the Republicans but it's not accurate. The Republicans are holding the Clinton to account just like the Dems has tried to hold the GOP to account for their misdeeds in the past.

Don't get me wrong - I can't stand Trump or the Republicans - I want the Dems to hold the White House and every political body in the US government. But in order to do so, I think we have to operate in something that bears some resemblance to reality and acknowledge our own shortcomings.

I was against Clinton because of the baggage she brings with all these scandals. I felt the Republicans would use them against her to drive her down in the polls. Now that the Republicans are getting warmed up to do exactly as I expected, I think it's time the Clinton supporters stepped up to present a plausible defense the electorate will accept as obviously, Clinton is not doing a very good job of that on her own. I don't think more Clinton lying is the answer.

She instructed people to do stuff. Obviously that's her out.

But what I want to know is, how do you get a lawyer to delete emails for you? Lawyers know one thing really really well--covering their own ass. Does anyone believe a lawyer would make the call on what email to send in and what to keep? I find that really really hard to believe especially if the repercussions are obstruction of justice and destroying evidence.

I also want to point out, I suspect those were the questions that Cheryl Mills refused to answer when she walked out of her meeting. I suspect she's tied up in all the missing emails.
