Here we go again: What do the three words "it was allowed" mean to YOU?

Get out your dictionaries and parsing scissors!

"It": What does the word "it" mean? The private e-mails? The server? The withholding of e-mails from authorities? The erasing of the e-mails??? With the Clintons, you never really know what the hell they are talking about.

"was": Does this mean the past tense, as in it *was* allowed, but now is not? Or does she mean it in the passive voice, making it a helper verb for the verb that comes next? This is always a clever device, because it makes it very unclear who the agent of the allowing was, if anyone.

"allowed": Does this mean permitted, as in it was explicitly given a stamp of approval? Or does she mean it more negatively, or passively, in that nobody stopped her! See above analysis of the word "was".

With the Clintons, you never know what their clever wordings really mean. But when the truth comes out, you almost always realize one thing: They were trying to pull the wool over your eyes all along.

In any case, do we really want four years of this crap? I, for one, am getting really tired of The Clinton Show.

I went home with a waitress the way I always do
How was I to know she was with the Russians, too?

I was gambling in Havana - I took a little risk
Send lawyers, guns, and money
Dad, get me out of this

An innocent bystander
Somehow I got stuck between a rock and a hard place
And I'm down on my luck
Yes, I'm down on my luck
Well, I'm down on my luck

I'm hiding in Honduras - I'm a desperate man
Send lawyers, guns, and money
The shit has hit the fan

Send lawyers, guns, and money...

a Bernie supporter in a diner, he showed again how much of his political life has been driven by his compulsion to be right or least feel like he is.

They win the battle (or think they do) but lose the war.

This does not augur well for the remainder of the campaign. It means that Hillary Clinton has what might be termed a “trust death spiral.” She begins by having the public think she is untrustworthy. Then, in response to accusations that she is untrustworthy, she says things that make her sound even more untrustworthy. Because there’s no point at which she’ll simply break free and come clean, things can only ever get worse for Hillary Clinton. If you point out that her positions have changed (making her somewhat untrustworthy), she responds by insisting that they haven’t changed (making her even more untrustworthy). If a report says she is misrepresenting the situation with her email, she will then misrepresent the report itself.

This is a problem not just because it decreases public trust; it also treats voters like they must be incredibly stupid. It’s brazenly insulting to people’s intelligence to simply deny that a report says what it says. And because people are more intelligent than that, they don’t like it when you try to pull tricks like this.

That fatal flaw means that Clinton is in terrible trouble.

I'm sorry that you were so foolish to believe me.
That's my apology.
If you don't like it, you are a misogynist, Right-Wing hater, and Trump Troll.

You have no choice but to vote for me, or else, my buddy Trump starts a war with Mexico.
