He did not have a private server in any of his or Teresa's homes and he primarily used .gov from the beginning. In the report - and in briefings - the SD has said that he has a practice to deal with calls related to the SD that come to his personal email to move them to the SD.

What Clinton is doing here is trying to exonerate herself by saying past secretarieS used personal email -- when the report says Albright and Rice didn't. (I capitalized the S because IT IS A LIE if there is just one. Then she creates a complete fiction that there was a period of time when Kerry did, which is not what the report says. Now why lie about Kerry, because there is an obvious question of why he did not follow the example of HRC and past secretarieS given that rules did not change to some time in 2014.

I expect the answer is as simple as Kerry asking his chief of staff to ask what should be done -- and then complying. Exactly what Clinton did not do.

He spoke of many things - including how proud he was of the state's support and he spoke of his pride that they had done better than anyone predicted when he "announced on the lake".

I Have NEVER EVER heard Hillary Clinton take any real responsibility for anything --- and I am shocked that she felt it necessary to lie about John Kerry specifically here.

(Though maybe she thinks as the 2 SOSs they should split credit and blame for everything -- like the Iran deal and the climate pacts (which would not have happened without Kerry) and the email scandal, which is really truly all hers. )

PS If she keeps this up, I will take advantage of living in VT, a blue, blue state and NOT cast a vote for President.

government laws is the same thing as sending the occasional message in one's private email account while Secretary of State as previous Secretaries of State have done.

It's not the freaking same at all. If she were anyone but a Clinton or a Bush, she'd already be indicted.

I think her thinking is if she can't get it she will fuck it up for all of us Dem's and American's by staying in to the bitter end and shoo in a tRump pResidency.

There is no fucking way Hillary Clinton will ever be voted in as President of these United States of America. No fucking way

I'll hold my nose and vote for her if I have to cause I feel she would be the lesser of two evils but damn I'm tired of voting for the lesser of two evils, Damn it to hell anyway

without insuring the SD had the emails needed to comply with them.

When this became public in March 2015, she should have insured the full story was out then - instead of lying. Now, she doubles down and distorts that all used private email when only Colin Powell of the past SoS did . Then she completely gratuitously says that Kerry did so until he learned it was ILLEGAL. First off, it is not true. Second, while she completely exonerates herself, that comment is saying that John Kerry, a person with more honesty in his smallest finger nail than she has in her entire body, was doing something illegal for awhile.

It is bad enough that she gives him very little credit for his role on things - like no credit in her book for the negotiations that led to the removal of 600 tons of chemical weapons in Syria. That she wants to "share" blame for her scandal is even worse.

"I know that there have been a lot of questions about Iraq posed to candidates over the last weeks. I've made it very clear that I made a mistake..." ~ Hillary Clinton, on her Iraq War vote, May 2015

Do we really want a POTUS with a long history of consistently making the wrong decisions in response to critical issues, of using bad judgment, even in matters of life and death?

Think about it.

Nominate Bernie, the candidate with a long history of consistently making the right decisions.
