That's my opinion, and the opinion of many, many, many others. Including many who gridgingly support her for "pragmatic" reasons.

She's p been lucky in the fact that the GOP picked Trump. If they had run a credible (for the GOP) candidate, I think they would have wiped the floor...As it is, with Trump, she's got a 50-50 chance or better.

But regardless of Sanders, the Democrats could have done much better. A sizable number of Democrats -- and certainly non-partisan voters -- agree.

Looking at the primary only is a to wage a Pyrrhic war against your allies, instead of focusing on the long-term victory that needs to happen in the general election. For the 10,000th time!

But maybe Clinton fans will finally - and tragically - learn that fact in November. SMH

As for your dismissive comment about the EC, yes, I'm familiar. Why the snotty tone?

Here's what RCP has posted at the moment.
HRC 201
Drumpf 164
tossups 173
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/2016_elections_electoral_college_map.html

Now what happens when Drumpf runs to her left on 'free trade' agreements?
HRC has referred to the much reviled TPP by stating "This TPP sets the gold standard in trade agreements" now she's trying to distance herself from it.

Back to polling, Bernie is beating Drumpf like a rented mule! Keep in mind that the job of the electors is to elect a winner, not an also-ran.

That didn't happen in 2008 and it didn't happen this time either. Sanders has maxed out on his support, and it's not enough because it was never going to be enough. Even the $210,000,000 he threw at it couldn't help.

But cheer up. At least you have political philosopher / tripadvisor.com director of philanthropy Rosario Dawson and Nader supporter / GWB elector Sarandon on your side!

Anyway, as the OP points out, Clinton wins regardless of which method is chosen. And caucuses are the only reason the numbers are even remotely close.
