Protester that approached* Bernie from - Direct Action Everywhere

approached but SS got involved.

Apparently they want animals to not be animals but have equal rights. Which.. okay, believe in what you want to believe in, it's fine. I just don't understand why they'd attack the guy that is closest to stepping in that direction, that is running for president.

I mean, do they really expect us to go from eating them and then giving them all our rights too? Rights we haven't even perfected yet for ourselves? Okay. end of my rant, they just harrass people that does not send message. Okay done. Here's some sources.

who either wouldnt bother at a Trump event where they would be drawn, quartered and eaten raw,
or at a Clinton event where the other protesters would make them look small and out of place, what with all the human rights causes that ignore our sister species victimizations.

They could have gotten their stupid selves shot, and that is about all their publicity grab tells the public.
not smart, not safe.
Animal rights activists who worry about the cute and fuzzy or the meat eating, at the expense of the fundamental problems
we offer nature?
they probably mean well, but they cant get there from there.
none of us can until we understand and work to assist Nature's plight.

yeas, that something of an exaggeration, but not by much.

I wasn't actually able to see the activists who approached the dias, so not sure if the group I saw were the same group that approached the dias.

I did however notice security police involved in some sort of coordinates but it wasn't violent or so disruptive as to create more than a brief momentary blip in Bernie's speech. Absolutely no reaction from the crowd attending the rally.

couldn't see the podium, but listening it was clear he was being interrupted for a just a couple of moments/few seconds and then he resumed.

later I saw a few very, very young people holding an animal rights banner and chanting their thing.

They were very young, and you know, it wasn't really a big deal.

They're too young to realize the person they interrupted is the MOST PROGRESSIVE candidate on all humanitarian matters under the sun..

EVER.

They just didn't know any better. But "attack" ? I don't think so.

That was definitely hyperbole. I guess I was thinking more about the SS and how they were perceiving it at the moment.

They probably would have been beaten up if they'd tried this at a Trump rally, and Hillary rallies are comparatively tiny.
