2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumIt's been a bad few days for Bernie or Bust aka Bernie or Trump.
On the Bernie side, he lost the Jerry Brown endorsement he so desperately wanted, and then pouted like a teenager stood up at prom. The email fairy prayers keep going unanswered, as it has become clear that the only actual rules broken were red tape technicalities and that unlike previous SoSs with private emails, Hillary actually kept all her records. And although Bernie or Trump people keep talking about them, nobody else is.
On the Trump side, he fake donated to a Vets charity and then attacked the media for reporting it. And after that documents about Trump U were revealed, detailing it as the fraud everyone knew it was.
Things are looking good. No Bernie and no Bust (Trump).

Her unwillingness to cooperate with the OIG was a bad sign.....
We shall see how things go with the FBI.

(34,825 posts)You're missing a lot by spending 24/7 here on DU. But I guess the bills aren't going to pay themselves.

(3,335 posts)spending 24/7 on DU. Talk about someone who is in denial and being out of touch with reality. Oh, and BTW, I don't care if you've been here since 2002. That's even worse.
And so you don't have to check out my profile, I've been coming here for almost the site's inception mostly reading the Latest Breaking News on my lunch hour and viewing what's going on in the Primary Discussions. My job didn't allow us to create personal accounts on our work computers so I couldn't post from work, and I had a home and a family to take care of once I got home. And even though my 3 children are now grown with homes and lives of their own, I can't imagine getting anything productive done with the remaining time and every being able to accumulate posts in the thousands.

(4,311 posts)Brown had really nice things to say about Bernie; he didn't need to mention Bernie at ALL in his endorsement of Hillary. Bernie was very ungracious there, I thought.

(37,748 posts)What specific response of Sanders' are you referring to with the phrase "pouted like a teenager stood up at prom..." or (and I find this more likely), it was merely an unsupported and petulant allegation used in place of anything substantive, indicative of the mental discipline of your mind.
And while I don't think the emails are anyone's undoing, I certainly wouldn't be half-witted enough to call those concerns "fairy prayers" (not that you're a half-wit by any means... my guess is you're full of wit, or something).
You discuss that only Sanders supporters are talking about the emails. Wrap your head around that-- only Sanders supporters talking about something you are talking about. Are we then to believe your statement is false, or that you are in fact, a Sanders supporter?
Welcome back, little fella.
