http://www.smobserved.com/story/2016/06/01/news/fbi-hillary-clinton-to-face-criminal-indictment-for-email-abuse-very-soon/1334.htmlThey seem to be expanding on the story that was pulled from HuffPo as well as cite and validate Hugvnard's sources. The Observer lists this as "breaking news." If this is true, it's not only bad for next week's California primary for her, but also extremely bad for her legally. Maybe this is why her attorney told the FBI today that she's under no obligation to talk with them.
FBI: Hillary Clinton to face Criminal Indictment for Email Abuse Very Soon
By David Ganezer
Observer Staff Writer
Frank Hugenard is a political scientist, public speaker and freelance contributor to the Huff Po. He had his story removed by HuffPo editors and his account disabled without explanation. His article bore the title: ""Hillary Clinton to be Indicted On Federal Racketeering Charges" It quickly went viral before being removed.
FBI Director James Comey will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General and head of the U.S. Department of Justice, that includes a compelling argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.

(443 posts)OMG posting on a website anomalously takes courage? I was in Iraq and Somalia in 1990s I think I can stand the horror of posting something on DU. You and many other people take DU website too seriously. Like it is full filling something in your life and are afraid of losing it, and you are projecting it on Sanders supporters.

(13,133 posts)I have met many a person who would have liked to have served. That does not make them weak but moreover it it makes us fortunate we were lucky enough to be able to.
TimPlo
(443 posts)I just said calling posting on a website courage is insane. Which it is. No matter if someone served or not thinking posting on DU is somehow relates to courage is a stupid thing to say. It was just some way for the poster to try and belittle people's courage by claiming they have weak convictions because lacked some imaginary courage posting on a website. He was the one doing it not me.

(13,133 posts)You only have to get behind the steering wheel of a car and get by the first stop sign to find it. I would also like to thank you for the civilized reply. It helped me recognize the vast difference between military lifestyle and civilian. In the military you are forced to conform by peer pressure. In civilian life if what you are offering does not meet the needs to those you have offered to then you are shuffled off and ignored.
We live in a much messed up world, be careful out there in it

This free Pennysaver paper has lost whatever reputation they might have had, first, by repeating massive honking lies, and second, by calling a blogger/content provider a journalist.
And repeating the lie? That shit splashes back, too!

It's a long, low stoop to hope this kind of bullshit, written by a nutty guy who is the ONLY "content provider" (you can't call that journalism) at this "free newspaper" will have traction.
Sad!
That "HuffPost article" was actually a BLOG entry by a "content provider." I'll bet that guy lost his posting privileges for ruining Ariana's brand with Free-Republic-like Fitzmas wishes.

(9,385 posts)I think the original story on HuffPo that was pulled, was probably true, but premature or the timing was changed at the last minute. It was detailed and very much in line with what has been written about the investigation from credible sources. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was on-target after all.
Time will tell.

Waiting For Everyman
(9,385 posts)I do happen to know a guy who worked for a dinky little local paper in Santa Monica years ago, I can't remember the exact name of it (but it was The Santa Monica something-or-other) and I haven't talked to him in years... but he came from a very heavy military intel/diplomat family (and so did my late husband, they were old friends from growing up together, and in those circles as adults too).
If that's his paper and he's still there, or someone like him is, it's entirely possible that someone at such a dinky little local paper might actually have very good inside sources in the FBI, directly or indirectly. And having lived there, I can safely say, a lot of people there have some odd spiritual beliefs.
The point is MADem, we don't ever know who anyone really is, or what they know.
I don't expect that to hold any weight with you, and that's fine. I'll make up my own mind though. We'll see what happens next.
MADem
(135,425 posts)The idiot at the paper (legally/ethically challenged) is not citing original sources, he's repeating the garbage this pornster-lunatic wrote in his little blog that Huffpo took down:
You really want to hang your reputation beside that guy? Be my guest!

(1,166 posts)and was surprised to see that Michael Chossudovsky, editor and director of Global Research (Montreal) also wrote a piece on this on Monday the 30th. Global Research is taking it seriously as well (they also printed another article on it before the follow up by Chossudovsky). I wouldn't think Chossudovsky would risk his reputation by taking seriously something that might be pure bs; however, anything is possible.

(135,425 posts)Down in the woowoo weeds, we are, here.
It's terribly sad to see people stoop so low--and without even a face saving "this source may be suspect" or words to that effect.

WhiteTara
(29,676 posts)every time I see these strange sources, I just feel compelled to check them out. And I'm always stunned that people will just take anything to get to have a way to disqualify the presumptive nominee so that the outlier can be something he is not.

(135,425 posts)If the story looks sweet, don't check it for meat!
If it looks nice and fine, who cares if it's a line!!
This "I wanna BELIEVE" attitude is a bit sad--I'm bemused that adults would suspend all logic and hope against hope that a free newspaper run by a kook and a blog written by a TOTAL kook (see pic below) would be given even a second of attention here. It just shows how badly some people NEEEEEEED to BELIEVE.
Look at this guy...!
That's the "author" of that sad little blog who got his blogging account suspended by HuffPo!
There was a day when DU would rigorously research and heartily rip into this guy for his complete lack of bona fides.
Now, we've got posters here (who are these folks?) who suspend all logic and most of their dignity to prop this wild-eyed guy up. You can't make this stuff up!
WhiteTara
(29,676 posts)I was told I needed better sources because I was just repeating (I did post the same info twice) wouldn't make it so.

Frank Huguenard received a BS/CS from Purdue University in Computer Science in 1982 and has spent decades in silicon valley as a software engineer. About ten years ago, he was escorted out the door of the company he was working at cartoon porn comics by an armed guard when he was fired for inventing a product that not only contained most of the functionality of Skype, but which had features Skype still doesn't have!! All of this happened while his best friend and soul mate was losing her battle with breast cancer. Several years later, Skype was purchased for $3 Billion by EBay and Frank was still unemployed and broke. In a quest to make sense of his bewilderment, he set out on a spiritual journey to understand the nature of reality. The end result of this search has been his desire to share with the world his own new found happiness and how he went about achieving it.
Apart lesbian hentai from being founder and Executive Director of a non-profit humanitarian relief organization, The Bountiful Garden Foundation, Frank is also progenitor of Dischoops, the greatest team sport ever.

Let me give you the Cliff Notes version: The pictured fellow, known as Crazy Frank, is the guy upon whom the Sandernistas are hanging their hopes. He is the former porn crafter who claimed he invented skype who was the author of a blog post he slapped up on his HUFFPO account, that was taken down because it was complete -cough-BULLSHIT. This blog post is being treated (desperately, frantically by shady characters like the cretins at Breitbart and the ethically challenged fellow who owns that Santa Monica free paper who wrote the hot mess in the OP) as though it was a news article, when it was complete fiction written by someone who is not in full possession of his faculties.

(91,963 posts)the Sanders camp dissing any individual or group endorsing Hillary, only reinforces why Sanders is incapable of working with anyone he doesn't agree with.
In Sanders NY Daily News interview when he promised to break of banks within his first year as President, whether Congress likes it or not.
It either demonstrates his lack of knowledge of how the government works, or he is lying. It is this kind of sloppiness about details that have encompassed his entire campaign.
