Santa Monica Observer: FBI: Hillary Clinton to face Criminal Indictment for Email Abuse Very Soon

http://www.smobserved.com/story/2016/06/01/news/fbi-hillary-clinton-to-face-criminal-indictment-for-email-abuse-very-soon/1334.html

They seem to be expanding on the story that was pulled from HuffPo as well as cite and validate Hugvnard's sources. The Observer lists this as "breaking news." If this is true, it's not only bad for next week's California primary for her, but also extremely bad for her legally. Maybe this is why her attorney told the FBI today that she's under no obligation to talk with them.

FBI: Hillary Clinton to face Criminal Indictment for Email Abuse Very Soon
By David Ganezer
Observer Staff Writer

On Saturday Night, a journalist employed by liberal Huffington Post reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) will recommend that the Department of Justice file a Federal criminal complaint, indicting U.S. Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Frank Hugenard is a political scientist, public speaker and freelance contributor to the Huff Po. He had his story removed by HuffPo editors and his account disabled without explanation. His article bore the title: ""Hillary Clinton to be Indicted On Federal Racketeering Charges" It quickly went viral before being removed.

FBI Director James Comey will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General and head of the U.S. Department of Justice, that includes a compelling argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.

OMG posting on a website anomalously takes courage? I was in Iraq and Somalia in 1990s I think I can stand the horror of posting something on DU. You and many other people take DU website too seriously. Like it is full filling something in your life and are afraid of losing it, and you are projecting it on Sanders supporters.

It helped me recognize the vast difference between military lifestyle and civilian. In the military you are forced to conform by peer pressure. In civilian life if what you are offering does not meet the needs to those you have offered to then you are shuffled off and ignored.

Wed Jun 1, 2016, 11:07 AM

I do happen to know a guy who worked for a dinky little local paper in Santa Monica years ago, I can't remember the exact name of it (but it was The Santa Monica something-or-other) and I haven't talked to him in years... but he came from a very heavy military intel/diplomat family (and so did my late husband, they were old friends from growing up together, and in those circles as adults too).

If that's his paper and he's still there, or someone like him is, it's entirely possible that someone at such a dinky little local paper might actually have very good inside sources in the FBI, directly or indirectly. And having lived there, I can safely say, a lot of people there have some odd spiritual beliefs.

The point is MADem, we don't ever know who anyone really is, or what they know.

I don't expect that to hold any weight with you, and that's fine. I'll make up my own mind though. We'll see what happens next.

Frank Huguenard received a BS/CS from Purdue University in Computer Science in 1982 and has spent decades in silicon valley as a software engineer. About ten years ago, he was escorted out the door of the company he was working at cartoon porn comics by an armed guard when he was fired for inventing a product that not only contained most of the functionality of Skype, but which had features Skype still doesn't have!! All of this happened while his best friend and soul mate was losing her battle with breast cancer. Several years later, Skype was purchased for $3 Billion by EBay and Frank was still unemployed and broke. In a quest to make sense of his bewilderment, he set out on a spiritual journey to understand the nature of reality. The end result of this search has been his desire to share with the world his own new found happiness and how he went about achieving it.
