Radiator blew. I got out and while I am waiting for the tow, I see writing on the back of a highway sign, in pencil:
Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,
To the last syllable of recorded time;
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
Signifying nothing.

a kindly truck driver called a tow for us and we got towed to Bakersfield

One male teenager turns to another, both of them dressed to look tough, and says "Did you learn that shit?"
"yes"
1st one: "bullshit..."
2nd one: "Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow..." goes on recites it all.
