Wikileaks Asks If This Is The "Smoking Gun" Email That Will Bring Down Hillary

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-05-31/wikileaks-asks-if-smoking-gun-email-will-bring-down-hillary

All along Hillary Clinton has pled that when it comes to her violation of Federal regulations, she was at worst naive, hardly malicious and - as of recently - merely doing what each of her state department predecessors has done; and she has been very careful to make it clear that she never purposefully and intentionally "stripped" confidential data in order to send it through her unsecured server as such an act would imply not only a breach of email retention policy, but a willful abuse of confidential documents.

Well, moments ago Wikileaks unveiled what it believes may be the FBI's "smoking gun" in its case against Hillary. In a tweet, Wikileaks highlights one specific email and asks "Is this email the FBI's star exhibit against Hillary Clinton ("H&quot ? "

The email in question

The State Department release does not make clear what the contents of the email were or whether the information was classified. Clinton contends that she trusted Sullivan to respond appropriately.

that very likely might have been classified things, the FBI will find out

she contended then NO classified was ever sent

but just weeks later

Clinton, on her private server, wrote 104 emails the government says are classified

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/clinton-on-her-private-server-wrote-104-emails-the-government-says-are-classified/2016/03/05/11e2ee06-dbd6-11e5-81ae-7491b9b9e7df_story.html

Hillary Clinton wrote 104 emails that she sent using her private server while secretary of state that the government has since said contain classified information, according to a new Washington Post analysis of Clinton’s publicly released correspondence.

The finding is the first accounting of the Democratic presidential front-runner’s personal role in placing information now considered sensitive into insecure email during her State Department tenure. Clinton’s authorship of dozens of emails now considered classified could complicate her efforts to argue that she never put government secrets at risk.

The analysis did not account for 22 emails that the State Department has withheld entirely from public release because they are “top secret,” the highest level of classification.

The handling of those emails has drawn particular criticism from Republican lawmakers and officials in the intelligence community, who have argued that Clinton’s use of a private server exposed some of the government’s most closely guarded secrets to hacking or other potential breaches.

there are many other articles out there, she has constantly lied throughout this and puts a Trump presidency into play evermore as this escalates

Cut and paste classified information without the "classified" heading and then claim it's no longer a classified document.

"Secure" doesn't mean "classified" or "confidential". It means secure. Unless they have documentation that the fax/e-mail in question was confidential, etc., there's no there there.

So many people here think top secret info isnt a big deal. Im sorry, but releasing the names of informants, secret agent, and the ability to ambush our secret military ops because they were tipped off MATTER!!!

This in mot some minor little infraction, a mistake of judgement. This stupid crazy delibrate not caring about Amarican lives.

What if one of those emails had the travel itinerary of a certain American diplomat?

This is bad and she did it to herself.
