Sen. Boxer to Sanders: 'You can't just diss everybody' backing Clinton

By Nick Gass
6/1/16

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) sharply criticized Bernie Sanders on Wednesday for lumping her and Jerry Brown into the "establishment" wing of the Democratic Party after the California governor announced the previous day that he, along with Boxer and other high-ranking California lawmakers, would be supporting Hillary Clinton.

"For Bernie to say that Jerry Brown is establishment is kind of the biggest joke of the day," said Boxer, a top Clinton ally in the Senate. She made her remarks in an interview on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" while promoting her latest book, "The Art of Tough."

------

"Just because you are supporting Hillary doesn't mean you are, quote, the establishment. It means you are progressive and you want to see her [as president]," Boxer said. "She is so qualified for this post. She is just what we need. I love Bernie, he’s my friend for a long time. But you can't just diss everybody who supports Hillary Clinton."

http://www.politico.com/story/2016/06/barbara-boxer-bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-223772

That seems to be his catchall word for those who didn't endorse him, such as Planned Parenthood and NARAL.

There is video of one guy who picked up a chair, somebody calmly took it away from him and somebody else went up and hugged him to calm him down. Frickin' HUGGED him. There was NO violence or threat. But every moron MSM went into full lie mode talking about all the violence and chair throwing anyhow, then they quietly retracted but they have all their believers like you converted the way they want and still spreading it on thick.

Boxer spread it on thick too and said she was scared for her life or some baloney when video shows her sashaying out blowing sarcastic kisses to Bernie people. And at the end it shows what looks like her flipping the bird although some say she's just shaking her finger. Whatever it was it was not the actions of someone who was frightened, what she was doing was deliberately inflaming the situation.

most powerful political families in California history. When he ran against Bill Clinton, Bill contrasted himself to Brown's 'expensive suits and family money'. Called him establishment.
Brown constantly holds office, his siblings have held office and of course his father. Establishment, from established power. The fact that he had ideas that differed from his establishment peers at times does not change him into some orphan child who rose by talent and merit alone. I like Jerry by and large and I'm not trying to disparage him, it's just the fact.
