"We have absolutely the financial resources that we need to run a very, very strong campaign here in California and in the other states and in D.C. and Puerto Rico, in Virgin Islands and throughout the rest of the campaign," Sanders said in Spreckels, California.

The Vermont senator said he's spending most of his resources on grassroots efforts and that he has the resources to win in California.

Sanders said he's still committed to going all the way to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia this July.

"If we win California, and if we win South Dakota, and North Dakota and Montana and New Mexico and New Jersey, and the following week do well in Washington, D.C.," he said. "I think we will be marching into the Democratic convention with an enormous amount of momentum."

instead of expensive teevee adverts, he PERSONALLY spread his message to the people, and they've gone wild for it. bernie saved his resources until he really needed it, for the long haul. hillary does the opposite.
