If so, it would seem like poor organization to wait until the last minute. If they were submitted at the same time or even before Clinton's list, then there might be a reason to doubt the impartiality of the election officials, unless there is an understandable reason for the delay.

If they were submitted after Clinton's list, then slow-moving bureaucracy seems more plausible.

I have no idea what is involved with a certification process. Do names need to be verified or something? It doesn't sound like fraud to me. A bureaucracy that processes documents delivered at closing time on the next business day is pretty good, imo.

Sat Jun 4, 2016, 04:15 PM

All the sticks were left in the sheds and nobody rushed up the hillside. It wasn’t until very much later that afternoon, that the boy sent to take over the shepherding from Peter found dead sheep’s bodies strewn all over the hillside, and Peter still up there in his tree, whimpering, that the villagers found out there really had been a wolf this time.

The fable illustrates the logical fallacy of ad hominem attacks. The VILLAGE, not the boy, pays a high price for prejudging and attacking the speaker rather than seeking out the truth themselves.

There seems to be a bit of BS in this one too. From the cited aticle;

When asked by Caribbean Business about the situation, Prats said the list of Sanders’ voting center officials was received Thursday at about 5 p.m., and that he expects the certifications to take place during the afternoon Friday.

5pm, i.e. the closing time of normal business hours. So once again, it seems that a disorganized Sanders ground game waited til the last possible second, then blames their disarray on Hillary's people. Shameful.
