(30,481 posts)I'm sure I will like him even more after he fully endorses Clinton.
I trust your crystal ball more than some of the others I have seen recently.

(53,866 posts)There are du'ers who support Bernie who I don't like, and probably will never like. But that's not really about Bernie at all.
Although there are also hrc supporting du'ers who I severely dislike too.

(30,481 posts)The worst being this.
He is fighting against the establishment. His supporters are anti-establishment. He called Planned Parenthood a part of the establishment. It was truly an thought out attack on PP. Completely unnecessary as well. Normally that would automatically guarantee someone a permanent spot on my shit list. But there is a history with Sanders. Almost every time he fights for my interests as a woman. I appreciate that and always remember the people who fight for my rights. He can still go screw himself for that comment. I'm a Democrat. Sometimes I get upset at other Democrats. It's a part of it for me. The one and done aspect is what I dislike most about Sanders supporters.

(47,209 posts)Unlike the people posting pics of HRC at events like funerals and weddings as if they have a lot of significance. Some of those people will never forgive Bernie. Like they are turning on Warren right now.

(7,299 posts)this guy. I don't think the majority of Hillary supporters will ever like this guy. Sanders is out to hurt Hillary and her supporters IMO. He cannot be trusted.

(8,616 posts)I hope Hill taps Sanders for a cabinet level ACA Czar position, with the idea of transforming ACA into a better functioning, Denmark- like health care system within a finite period of time (say 4 or 8 years), or converting to SP if the stakeholders in healthcare prove they are unwilling to make ACA work.

I think either candidate will make a decent fist of being president, and they're both preferable to Trump.

(85,996 posts)...I've lost any respect for him I might have had because of the craven way that he's allowed his campaign to be run.
I'm also thoroughly disgusted with his phony anti-establishment campaign and the way he's led his followers to attack everyone who supports his rival as the definition of that establishment he's denigrating.
There's not much he can do to redeem himself with me, except to get back to cooperating with the Democratic coalition on their initiatives. Maybe he'll announce his retirement, since his primary stances pretty much preclude much more of that cooperation and will serve to isolate him even further outside the any nexus of Democratic accomplishment.
I'm not convinced his 'endorsement' will be designed to be worth more than the teleprompter screen he's reading it off of.

HRC markets herself as establishment. She an insider with relationships will all and therefore gets things done. Shel's practically promising a third term of the Obama presidency. She wines and dines with all the elected and no elected power players.
The explanation for all the endorsements was that she built relationships with all the endorses through her positions of power.
Establishment is her schtick.
