LOS ANGELES – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Saturday issued the following statement after the passing of Muhammad Ali:

“Muhammad Ali was the greatest, not only an extraordinary athlete but a man of great courage and humanity.”

1. And he joined with Martin Luther King in his opposition to the Vietnam War.

All progressives will miss him.

If you don't agree with Mr. Ali's politics, why don't you leave?

What a terrible time for you to attack Ali's anti-war views.
