because Bernie didn't get to the 15% viability threshold.

Green Papers has pledged at 6-1, though.

We'll have to see where it shakes out.

6. If Hillary win Puerto Rico as big as the USVIs, then she will effectively clinch the nomination now!

There are 60 delegates in PR and 7 super delegates. With 10 from the USVIs, she is down to 60.

We know there are SDs who don't want to announce (Obama, Nancy Pelosi, DWS, etc.), but they are not shy about supporting Hillary.

With an overwhelming PR win + a few more SDs, Hillary can start give her acceptance speech on Monday!
