Why shouldn't Democrats / left leaning independents fight Hillary's nomination?

- Hillary is a war hawk in a time of heated tensions with Russia, who BTW has the largest nuclear arsenal.

- Hillary has demonstrated poor judgement, to the point of being untrustworthy in keeping America's secrets secure.

- Hillary is pro big corporation, pro Wall Street, pro neoliberalism at a time when the TPP and the TIPP "trade deals" with sovereignty violating trojan horses will be voted on. Such trade deals will give legal power to big corporations to destroy our environmental and food safety laws. Do you want to eat toxic food and breathe polluted air?

- Climate change is starting to speed up in intensity, climate change absolutely has to be dealt with and Hillary can be bought out.

- Hillary is just about the worst candidate you can put in the General Election. She is unpopular outside of the Democratic Party (which is only 29% of the electorate.) She can justifiably be attacked on her honesty and judgement, and is under FBI investigation, and has an incredible amount of baggage, not to mention a true uniter of the Republican Party. Don't give me that bullshit about "qualifications" as if your a mindless robot. Judgement matters more than experience. Hillary is also relatively unexperienced in winning elections, not even having won one without an unfair advantage.

Groupthink can be a very destructive thing.

You fought it in the primary and lost, now it's your time to decide if you want incremental shift towards the goals you desire or a shift in the opposite direction for the general

Who remembers the party nomination winners that went on to defeat in the general election? They are only remembered in a derisive way. Hillary's reputation will be totally ruined if she loses the General Election.

because she may not do enough for global warming to prevent runaway global warming that will lead to a massive increase in wars due to food and water becoming scarce and the breakdown of civilization.

I try not to laugh how people go into their little corners and work themselves into a frenzy exaggerating the f*** out of their hated opponent's positions to the point where they believe their own rhetoric. So, well said, group think indeed!
