Hillary supports the bipartisan plan to address Puerto Rico's debt crisis.

This plan is also backed by the Obama administration and Paul Ryan and includes an oversight board to review and approve the governor's fiscal plan and make any changes they deem necessary.

Bernie opposes this plan and came up with a plan of his own that has zero chance of being enacted.
