Important idea/suggestion for anyone canvassing on election day.
Take along a sling bag or something similar to carry the very long and somewhat awkward doorhangers we will be passing out to make your day easier and more enjoyable. They always are floppy and kind of hard to manage with your clipboard, so after doing this a couple times the hard way, I had an epiphany and put a couple bags in my car already so I don't forget. Good luck everyone - let's get out there and finish this thing off right!
Don't forget to bring your smiles adn enthusiasm, too.

Yesterday 1st time ever my left shoulder got painful from hunching it a little to keep the door hangers and clipboard and map and tally and everything together in the crook of my arm. Will try your trick today to at least deal with the lit/hangers.
