I have a question and I hope it is not seen as tendentious.

President Obama will likely endorse Hillary Clinton this week, per news reports. How does Senator Sanders expect to sway Super Delegates in light of this?

He would be asking them not only to repudiate the popular vote and pledged delegate winner but to repudiate the sitting president, the leader of our party, and the gentleman who enjoys a 87% approval rating among Democrats.

Thank you in advance.

at this point one suspects that Sanders knows the argument he's pushing is bullshit nt geek tragedy Jun 2016 #1

Get in line, don't ask questions, vote like we tell you, and send money.
I may think Obama is a great president, but that doesn't mean I have to vote for who he tells me to.
I do still have a brain and can make my own decisions.

You are also free to be Trump-neutral in the upcoming election.
