Scott Rasmussen went half in for Romney. This leaves the "statistical tie" possibility and therefore, he can say he had it close.

They love their ideas of "likely voters" as white, female, middle aged, upper middle class. Nothing like the crowds of people who are standing in line well into the night in this election trying to vote for the President. They got it wrong in 2008, and they'll get it wrong again. They have no idea how the REALLY motivated voters are.
