on the tail end of Chris Hayes show........full screen graphics shouting out that Hillary has passed the goal line delegate mark......then Rachel pops up as her show begins......she continues the buzz while constantly cross promoting her upcoming Hillary interview........more hype about historic making event....cut to Hillary live barking out praise to her team.....back to Rachel who continues pumping this announcement and the upcoming interview......then Hillary is interviewed (taped) and by the time her interview was over, Rachel turned her show into a drawn out commercial for Hillary with no time left.......

This was planned to go as it did.......it was sequenced and cued to unfold as it did.
